We need your help! The Animal Resource Shelter has a "Wish List" for new or pre-owned items to aid in taking care of sheltered animals. Our "Wish List" includes the following:
- Blankets
- Bleach
- Cardboard pet carriers
- Dawn dish soap
- Wash cloths and hand towels
- Floor squeegees
- Pet Taxis
- Dog collars (size Medium and Large) and leashes
- Cat collars (easy release)
- Storage totes
- Plastic double sided cat food bowls
- Nyla bones or hard chew toys for dogs
- Cat toys
- Cardboard flats
Monetary Donations:
Jefferson County Animal Control maintains a separate donation account dedicated solely to the care and well-being of animals in the County’s custody. All donated funds are used exclusively for animal-related needs. Monetary donations can be mailed to Jefferson County Animal Control, 4848 State Route 30, House Springs, MO 63051, with checks made payable to Jefferson County.
