Council Meetings are held normally at 6:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Monday in the Assembly Room at the Administration Center, (unless Monday is a holiday or otherwise noted) at 729 Maple Street, Hillsboro, MO.
Public Comment is allowed and speakers can have up to five minutes to comment. Speaker cards are available in the Assembly Room and must be filled out completely and legibly prior to the meeting.
Handouts from speakers will be accepted if there are sufficient copies (11) for the Council/Administration.
