Services We Provide

  • Elections & Voter Services:
    We conduct fair and secure elections for state, county, municipal, and special district offices, as well as ballot issues.

  • Candidate Filings:
    We accept and certify filings for county offices and coordinate with political subdivisions to ensure accurate documentation.

  • Voter Registration:
    We process new registrations, updates, and maintain a secure, accurate voter database, ensuring compliance with state laws.

  • Licensing & Notary Services:
    We issue liquor licenses and administer Notary Public Commissions.

  • Board of Equalization:
    We serve as Secretary to the Board and provide support for the appeals process regarding property assessments.

  • Public Records & Reporting:
    We maintain campaign finance disclosures, tax levy certifications, and prepare reports required by various state and local agencies.
