The Citizen Portal is Now Available!                                                                                                                                                          

Jefferson County has launched the Citizen Portal, providing our customers with the ability to apply for Solid Waste Permits from anywhere they have internet access.  The Citizen Portal will enable residents, contractors, and businesses to submit, track, and manage applications more efficiently and effectively. We are confident that this new system will enhance the permitting experience.

Customers will need to register online before being able to use the Citizen Portal.  Once registered, you can then apply for and check the status of your applications.
