Welcome to the Jefferson County Municipal Court. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The Court office is located at 400 First Street, Hillsboro, MO 63050.
Driving Infractions
If you have a DWI, driving while revoked or suspended, you must appear before the Judge. Due to the seriousness of these charges, you may wish to obtain an attorney. If you had insurance at the time you received a "no insurance" ticket, you may bring proof to the court office during work hours and your ticket will be dismissed.

If You Are Not Represented By An Attorney
Your case will be found in the Show Me Courts (Case Net) system once the Prosecutor has reviewed and filed the charge(s). To check for your case, go to Missouri Case Net and use "Track Your Case" function.
If you choose to plead guilty to your charge and that charge is eligible to be paid out of Court, please see the attached Show Me Courts Fine Schedule (PDF). To make payment without a Court appearance, go to Missouri Case Net and select "Pay By Web".
Pay in Person Option: You may continue to pay in person with money order, cash, cashier's check, debit and credit card at the Court located in the Justice Center at 400 First Street, Third Floor, Hillsboro, MO 63050. No personal checks accepted. Please contact the Court by phone to confirm if this option is available for your case(s) at 636-797-6265.
